LOSE H2O of Body Attack is a herbal root mixture of nettle and dandelion leaves and asparagus extract. 

Nettles contain important nutrients such as the minerals calcium, potassium and sodium, and are known for their good metabolic properties: Fresh nettle can help flushing the urinary tract, which is why they are often used as an ingredient for soup, salad or hot drinks. The Body Attack LOSE H2O provides 400 mg of dried nettle leaf powder per serving (2 capsules). 

The dandelion also contained therein supplies of potassium - a mineral that is involved in the regulation of the water balance in the body. Per serving of LOSE H2O contains 200 mg dandelion leaves powder. 


The third ingredient of the herbal root mixture of Body Attack is asparagus, which contains aspartic acid and is known to be a diuretic. The aspartic acid initiates several metabolic processes in the body, including the urea cycle. Metabolites are synthesised and decomposed in it. Thus, a healthy ratio of acid-base balance is also established. Per serving of the product contains 100 mg of asparagus extract.
